Return Policy

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number for your return to be processed. To qualify for a return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:

  • All returns require authorization from C2 Wireless in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from issuance
  • Only include approved items on RMA in your return
  • RMA form must be enclosed in return shipment
  • RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton
  • Return shipping is responsibility of the customer
  • Items received as defective are covered by the manufacturers' warranty. Please reference the warranty information in the section above or contact sales@c2wireless.com for additional contact information. 
  • A credit will be issued for all eligible items to be used towards future purchases - no refunds
  • Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded
Failure to comply may result in refusal of return shipment and denial of credit. If you have any questions on the Policy or Process, please contact sales@c2wireless.com. Thanks for your understanding.
